Happy Mother's Day Mommy!

Happy Mother's Day Mommy! I just wanted to give you a little shout out and tell you how wonderful and special you are to me and the fam. I love you so much and am so grateful for all that you do for us. Thanks for being such a good Mimi to Sophie, I truly thinks she knows you because she smiles at you whenever you're near. I wanted to tell you that you are the best mommy in the world and thanks for putting up with me while I was under your roof and continually putting up with now that I'm not :). I'm so grateful that I have such a wonderful mom like you to show me how to be a good mom to Sophie.

Our Story

Tanner and I met at BYU September 12, 2006, two weeks into my freshman year. We went on or first date a few days after...with his dad, little brother, older sister and brother-in-law. they thought it was a casual dinner and didn't know it was a date. I actually spoke more with his dad then with him our first date. I'm surprised he asked me out again because he said that was quite annoying haha. However, he did ask me out again a second time to come watch his intramural football game and we have spent everyday together since then. Tanner proposed to me February 7, 2007 on the steps of the east side of the Salt Lake Temple. Of course, I said yes. We were married May 10, 2007 in the Salt Lake Temple, graced by all those who we love. We currently live in Provo while Tanner finishes his degree at UVU and are the parents of two beautiful children, Sophie and Emmett.
